This beautiful home is located just off Wellington Ave & Thames, which means you are only steps away from all the excitement of downtown Newport and the harbor. It offers everything you could possibly want for a wonderful summer vacation. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, stainless appliances, and a center island with stools, making it a great place to eat in. The living and dining area is open, with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a large flat-screen TV. The private back deck has a new retractable awning, outdoor seating, a fire pit, gas grill, and a hot tub, making it the perfect place to relax.
On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. The principle bedroom has a King bed and a new en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second and third bedrooms have a King and twin bed respectively, with an updated shared bathroom that has a large shower. The roof-top deck is perfect for enjoying the sunsets and summer evenings.
You can park 3+ vehicles off-street and there is a range of additional amenities, including 2nd floor Central A/C and outdoor shower, whole house generator, Sonos speakers, EV Charger, and high-speed WiFi. The home is located in the highly sought-after 5th ward, just steps away from the water, shopping, restaurants, and beaches.
